Business details
The novel biochip in the next generation based on the novel principle towards diagnostics were completed; hence "amorphous carbon" substrates played a key role. Fluorescent labeled structured peptides were used for capturing molecules and statistical analyses were employed.
Highlights & Exhibit products
The "PepTenChip" is a peptide-microarray with novel substrates which have significant advantages over conventional glasses and not disposable but repeatedly use. Interactions with analytes generates fluorescent intensity changes to allow statistical analyses. A maintenance-free portable detector, "PepTenCam" has been constructed, useful for home- and remote-medical care. The system can provide diagnostical methods for which positive makers are unknown and giving objective results. Diagnostic applications for gastric pre-cancer and multiple sclerosis are presented. Demonstration: Booth 4A804.
