New Technology Presentation Outline

1. Eligible Participants Exhibitors of JASIS 2017 (for general booth exhibitors only)
2. Themes Topics related to analytical and scientific instruments and technologies
3. Duration 50 min. or 25 min. session
4. Session script submission

The Organizing Committee will request the submission of the session script to be published in the Official Guide Book and the other materials in the end of March, 2017
Materials to be submitted are;

  • Session Title (English (mandatory) and Japanese (if available))
  • Session Abstract ((English) (mandatory) or Japanese)
  • Request of 200 person's capacity room

Deadline of the session script submission: April 18, 2017

5. Determination of programs The Organizing Committee will coordinate the number of sessions (themes) and decide the program. The program and the room assignments for the presentations will be informed to the exhibitors by e-mail at the end of June 2017.
6.Changes of the presentations Changes of the presentations Please be noted that after the session abstracts have been submitted and the presentation program has been fixed, the cancellations and the changes of the presentations (i.e. numbers, contents etc.) are not accepted.
